Shipping
MotoBella makes every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Most orders ship from our Dublin, New Hampshire location, with the exception of two product lines, Davida and Sara Dean. Davida products are shipped via FedEx from Lakeland, Florida. Sara Dean jackets ship from Houston, Texas. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or via email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer. And items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
All other orders are shipped at our discretion via the United States Postal Service(USPS) or United Parcel Service(UPS).

International
Currently MotoBella ships only within the United States (48 contiguous states) and Canada. Please note: when shipping to Canada, purchaser is responsible for any applicable Canadian Customs Duties or Taxes.
Return Policy
Before returning an item, customers must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on all returned items, with the exception of incorrect shipments.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns will only be accepted within 10 business days after receipt of purchase.
Merchandise must be in new, re-sellable condition with tags attached and must include original boxes, packing material, accessories, and a copy of the sales invoice.
Davida products MUST be packed in the original plastic bag and inner & outer boxes.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
For items damaged in shipping, contact the carrier immediately.
All returns must be shipped back prepaid and insured.
'Special Order' and 'Custom' items are not refundable.
Sizing
MotoBella makes every effort to insure correct sizing with each product. Additional notes, when needed, will be mentioned in the product description. For some products, size charts are accessible through a link from the product description. Please refer to the size charts before you buy, as sizing does differ with each manufacturer.
